When we are talking about the CFP (which the initial post was referring to)
Teams that don’t start strong never get the chance to control their own destiny for the CFP. Going 9-0 puts you in the drivers seat. As mentioned above that is what the whole discussion has been. I’m fine with the committee leaving us out when we blow games down the stretch. Ultimately that is why we are out. Bringing up other teams that were never in CFP contention is irrelevant.
