was better than their record indicated. And played well down the stretch. Arizona State is really good. BYU was pretty close to winning both.

Looking throughout the season, they played a lot of close games. Their poise at the end of is a major reason they won so many. Blowing out Colorado was the surprise. BYU manhandled them.

There’s no definition on what a a playoff team looks like. They need more objectivity obviously. The eye test is stupid.
