I worked with a lady who was complaining that her teenage kid

Wasn’t listening to her, was dis obedient, etc etc. I knew this lady routinely worked 50 hr or more a week. I asked her why she was surprised that her kid was this way when she has demonstrated for the kids whole life that work was more important than her.

Is the prestige and money you may get from this worth sacrificing the time with your family?
