Work out consistently. Even if just for 20 minutes. Realize when youre fatigued
and sleep deprived that mistakes are easy to make. So focus harder in those moments

Don’t write any ranting emails when you’re sleep deprived. Easy to get angry

Don’t rant or complain to any of your colleagues. They’re not your friends. Do that to a friend or family member

Realize that it’s easy to become really unlikeable to be around.. can’t tell you how many divorces And total personality changes that I’ve seen.

Otherwise suck it up and tell yourself you can crank out 3 years of this. Then after three years see where you’re at.

At some point most of us break so no shame in that. I lasted on that schedule for a decent stretch but it no doubts changes you forever (for the worst). So make sure it’s worth it
