Connor is one of the highest graded returning centers in all of college football. Don't be ignorant and say things that aren't true. I coach O-lineman and Connor was absolutely correct and he wasn't the problem over the last 2 years. He was one of the best lineman in the group. A lot of the problem last year was poor RBs who couldn't help the lineman out by setting up the blocks. In a wide zone offense running scheme, The RB has to set up his lane by getting the defense to shift too much to the outside lane or by beating the defense to the outside lane. Aidan Robbins was very poor at this as was Miles Davis. Only LJ seemed to understand how to actually create that lane and setup those blocks. Our RT was also very poor at making that reach block as he was too slow and to soft in letting the edge rusher set the angle before he could.
