Doubt Utah outbids for Hill, they don't have superior funds anymore

They will have the same B12 contract terms in a year. More likely is Whit retires and Hill becomes the new HC. Hope they hire Scalley instead because losing Hill would be brutal. Not sure who else they could hire at DC that would make up for loss of Hill.
