I wasn't a a proponent of replacing Kalani until I experienced Jay Hill's

coaching. Jay Hill is the future in my opinion. I love Kalani and I love that he got to get his dream job, but Jay Hill seems to have a better executive presence in terms of making hard decisions and not being afraid to shake things up.

I'm actually fine with Kalani...I feel like our coordinators and position coaches have a more dramatic impact on the team, but I do think Jay Hill could push us to the next level
