It’s not just elite vs inept. Kalani can be in the middle and be an amazing guy

You’d be shocked to know how many employees would stay with tbeir bosses because they are awesome guys but have tapped their potential.

These posts always assume we all feel Kalani is the worst coach on earth and if his players are staying he must be amazing.

Well he is an amazing guy. That’s why they stay. But he’s not gonna get us above .500 or slightly better. Period. That’s his skill level as a HC
