KYU Intervention Needed
You just doubled down on your dishonesty
Look Targeting is defined as either a forcible hit with the crown of the defender's helmet, or a forcible hit (with any part of the body) in the head or neck area of a defenseless player.

So maybe the refs didn’t think that the player got hit by the crown of the helmet.

So as a defenseless receiver, was he hit in the head? Yes he was.

Now we know in sports that sometimes officials will hold a call if they feel like it didn’t change the play or the outcome or was egregious enough to cause harm

All the guys laying there on the ground with a concussion, so kind of throws out the no harm no foul approach that sometimes affects the judgment of officiating. Kind of a waste of time to do this exercise.
