But I do have to say that if the young man admitted what you said he admitted to the police then it does sound like he is taking some responsibility. I figured he would hide behind the lawyers and not admit anything. While I don’t excuse the crime I have to admit your post makes me respect him a little more than I did before reading your post — but I’ll admit I basically had no respect for him before your post.
So, maybe his family is a good family and they are making him face the music. I am at least open to this possibility.
