personally, I don't think he should be charged or do jail time but he should be on probation so he can prove he won't do something stupid again. He should have to do community service bc a fine will be paid by daddy or grand daddy and he owes the BYU cheer coach a personal f2f apology so he can experience personally the consequences of his actions.
He's lucky nothing really bad happened to her.
Oh also his daddy and grand daddy need to pay for the BYU coach's medical bills. They'll be lucky if they don't get a call from BYU donors named Siegfried and Jensen.
