Is the kid Christian Gardner's son?

I believe Christian Gardner is currently the Chairman of the U's Board of Trustees.

If that's the case — yikes from a PR standpoint for them and a horrible look. If true, no wonder there's little to no media information being disseminated by the University of Utah about this.
