At 18 I, and many, know it's incredible stupid to throw a water bottle into
a crowd of people from the distance he did because it could do some serious damage if it hits someone. He should pay the consequence and not have leniency because he's 18. Let's look at it this way: he assaulted a woman with an object that caused head trauma (concussion), how would we feel if it was described that way?
