Forcible has a definition.
“forcible
adjective
US /ˈfɔr·sə·bəl, ˈfoʊr-/
forcible adjective (INVOLVING PHYSICAL POWER)

involving the use of physical power or violence: “

The way the head pops back after the blow is a result of forcible contact. How anyone can argue getting popped in the head defenseless by a defenders helmet is not forcible makes me laugh. I would challenge any person to take the same hit and then try to argue there wasn’t forcible contact.

Not trying to be insulting but forcible does have a definition and that was clearly a violent hit that left the player with a likely concussion.

Btw I’m not claiming any cheating by officials. I think they didn’t want to call it because they knew it didn’t impact the result of the play and didn’t have the guts to call it.
