My wife grew up in Glendora during the 80’s.
Her ward had over 100 active youth (12-18) at the time. I doubt that there are even 100 active youth in that entire Glendora Stake anymore. It’s simply too expensive for young families to be able to afford the cost of living, plus California has fundamentally shifted in its overall political climate.
