When I visit I am really surprised as it isn’t super rich area of Bountiful.

But some of the houses how people raised families are crazy. A couple just in my dad’s street are like 1,600 feet total.

Not a lot of people want that size of a home to raise families in. And with the cost of construction to make bigger just not worth it to people.

Also hard for people to sell and move when new stuff is so expensive when things are paid off.
