If we start having coaches leave because this is place leads to promotions, then we attract better talent

Rather than hiring from FCS schools for Hill’s replacement, we hire from among G5 DCs or someday P4 DCs. Hill leaving because he’s so good is a nice problem to have, similar to guys leaving BYU early to the NFL. Hate to see them go, but it draws the good kind of attention.
