I have been very critical of KS…he is extremely reliant on his assistant coaches

That being said, he is NOT an ego maniac and I think he would be a good dude to work for. If anyone has a chance to keep good assistants in for the long term it is KS.

Give Hill the money it takes to keep him here and let KS cook.

Still, if Hill wants to hold those HC reigns, you will never keep him here.

Part of being a good CEO is finding new people to backfill positions for the great ones that leave.
