Kalani Sitake is accountable for BYU's record. For better or worse. Absurd to credit Hill for the wins, not losses.

Kalani is accountable to Holmoe and President Reese for the work of all of his assistants and the performance of his players.

To achieve wins, Kalani's job is mostly about hiring good assistants, attracting good players, setting effective policies and practices, allocations resources well that he is given to work with, and making a few other key decisions on and off the field.

And Tom Holmoe is accountable to President Reese and the BOT for the work of Kalani, Kevin Young, his Assistant ADs, and all the coaches at BYU.
