What does Holmoe do if Hill becomes so good that he is getting

head coaching offers at other schools, and at the same time we are having decent seasons?

Do you let Kalani go and say “sorry, Hill is the reason we are succeeding and we need to keep it going, so Hill is our new HC.”

How do you work through that situation?
