Kalani is still overseeing everything from recruiting to strength and

Conditioning, bringing in analysts and all the behind the scenes stuff. He also chose the right OL coach that has tangibly improved the team so far. He is the HEAD coach responsible for the whole program.

Special teams looks good, all the Big 12 coaches love Kalani. Can you name any part of the program that HASN’T improved in recent years under Kalani?

And if you’re bummed that it took so long, remember that Tom admitted independence wasn’t sustainable. Everything improved once the Big 12 invite came, just like it did at every school who moves up into a power conference.
