Back up a brinks truck to get him to stay.

We probably can't compete with p5 head coaching jobs but we should be able to beat out g5(6) head coaching jobs financially. Also add language to his contract that kalani leaves for any reason and he isn't selected as head coach we owe him even more more money to make him essentially coach in waiting. This may not mean much since him and kalani are roughly the same age.
