This is what I’ve been thinking. If you don’t have 8 hrs of work to do, a good
employee would be on the phone to their boss saying, “got anything I can help with”?
The answer will almost always be yes. We’re paying for you to work for us for 8 hours. If you have extra time, you should be using it to support the business.
