I know how jobs work I have gotten consistent promotions in those ten years. I don't need boomers telling me to produce more widgets to exceed at a job. Maybe you needed full 8 hours to complete your work with no interruptions but at the three office jobs I have had, everyone wastes time at the office. So I hope your corporation will do something special for you on your 30th work anniversary. Maybe a party or some cake.
