it is only 20. So you can then work at another job where you get to do both. Then that is dishonest.

IF it truly is 30 hrs, and the employer factors in you not being effective, etc and makes it a 40 hr task. And you get it done in 30, and then work another 30 for the other company. I don't think that is dishonest.
