I'm able to work out with my wife in the morning. I help the kids get ready. I take my oldest to school every other day. During the day I'm more able to manage my work schedule and focus on what actually needs to get done. People aren't hovering over my desk. Instead of wasting time with meaningless social gatherings at work, I can spend time with people I care about, and that actually care about me. There are way more distractions in the office than at home.
