partly--a lot of kids are just sitting on electronics when not in an organized
sport. Even with the downsides a lot of people prefer to have their kids doing active things with teammates given the alternatives. I would like to see kids not feel like they have to specialize and pick a sport at 10-12 tho.

What's the alternative? Force kids who want to be the best to practice less and play in fewer games?
