dominated every year of soccer. He has a ton of grit and a very strong work ethic. As a freshman last year at high school tryouts he was the only boy trying out that was not on a club team. He was told by all of his friends that since he has never played club he would not make the JV or Varsity team. He proved them all wrong by making the JV team as a freshman. He didn't start but got to play around 20-30 minutes a game. My son attends the largest high school in the state of Idaho so there was a ton of competition to make the team.

People are shocked when they ask what club my son plays for and we tell them he has never played club only competitive rec.
