Everyone SAYS they despise the club environment...but hardly anyone ever actually leaves. And fewer still decide to just stay away altogether. If there was no demand, clubs would not exist. If there was no demand, clubs could not charge the fees they charge. Unfortunately, there is HUGE demand, despite what we all say.

Most of us are unwilling to walk away from the club environment, because we fear that if we do, the kids who stay will advance at a faster rate than our kids who leave... and most of us can't handle that thought.

Almost no one is willing to simply walk away. The clubs are just giving us what we want. It's the consumers who are to blame. It's us, the helicopter parents who live vicariously through our kids, that are to blame.
