Even coaches that aren’t making a ton are still dependent on that income so the pressure and time requirements get thrown on the kids/families… or they are using those 12 year old girls to try and work their way up the career ladder.

I’m as deep into the rotten club world as anyone and a good % of parents don’t want to be doing everything they’re required to do.
