He’s super busy but is able to get the work done for both companies so he feels that he’s not doing anything unethical. I don’t know if I fully agree with him.

I loved it when I WFH full time but my new job requires 5 days in the office with some flexibility to work from home every now and then. I’m someone who does better when I’m around others, but there are some days where I can only get stuff done by locking myself in a call room at the office. I sit by some coworkers who love to chit chat and I can’t sit next to them when I’m trying to meet a deadline.
