The odds of any college player making the NFL are low. The odds of a kid with schollie offers from SUU, USU, and Hawaii and preferred walk on status from BYU are amazingly, spectacularly low. If I cared to do the research, for every Chad Lewis you show me I could provide you with 5000 names of boys who didn't make it.
However, he's your kid, so feel free to advise him however you like. My BYU grad son will be happy to offer him a job because your boy sounds like a hard worker with a can do attitude. He'll make a great employee. 🙂
