I don't care one way or the other. She got a good education at a good...
...school.
But it is surprising to see some of the feedback I received here.
On a fan board where 80% of the people had an annual aneurysm regarding Bronco and his recruitment, lack of personality and failure to engage alumni and potential players - it's just funny to see people who don't hold the rest of the school to a similar standard.
It's just good customer service. Even if people end up elsewhere, you want them to leave your business with a great feeling about how they were treated by your company. Even if you happen to have enough clients at the time and can't take on additional work at the moment - what story do you want told about you?
Like I said - didn't matter to me. I wasn't offended. She picked a school where she had a great educational experience and now has a good job.
I was just surprised that they really didn't seem to care about the impression they left with potential students.
