Most 18 year olds, heck most 8 year olds, know you can't fire a water bottle
from that height into a crowd of people. That guy even admitted to police that he knew what he was doing when he threw it and knew it could seriously injure someone. No sympathy for him or his rich family who has probably protected him from consequences his entire life.
