Or close to 7 figures. So far, he’s earned a good raise.

Lots of us making financial sacrifices to stay in an area we love. If he wants to raise his family in Utah close to family I think he stays. At BYU, there is also more job security as we’ve seen. I also expect his wife would not want him to take a higher stress job after the heart attack.
