I am surprised that things like this still happen
with how things have changed so much in the last 20 years with technology, but then again very little has changed about teenage boy brains in that time.

This kind of stuff happened quite frequently when I was in high school (20 years ago) with sports. It happened in various settings, but football camp seemed to be where it all came out. It was not ok. I was on the receiving end of these things several times, I think everybody was at one point in time. I've never considered myself a victim, and I don't considered myself traumatized by the events, but I still remember with pretty good detail how uncomfortable they made me feel.

Its a hard thing to deal with. This culture needs to stop and should be reported, but individually, especially as a teenager and an underclassman, it can be hard to take the brunt and blame of what happens when the star gets kicked off the team because of an event like this.
