Tell them to provide a written complaint and use the word “hazing.” Tell them to request a full investigation of the incident, and that they would like their child’s name and identity protected as much as possible. Tell them to request a follow up response after the investigation.

This should not be allowed to go on. The culture of the team needs to be fixed and the coach who is sweeping it under the rug needs to be corrected immediately or fired.
