If this is in Utah, you could also report the incident anonymously using the

SafeUT app. If you provide specific details about the incident including names of students who were involved, when and where it happened, admin will still investigate it and correct the coach.

You might not get any follow up, and the admin might not get enough details to drop any real hammers, but you could stir up the waters enough that the team culture and permissive coaching could be addressed so that this doesn’t happen any more. Might be the best outcome.
