have to adapt to BYU’s strengths which on offense is qb and air raid.
Every really successful BYU team has had elite qb play, period. ARod and Kalani are trying to do ball control stuff and have defense win games.
It does seem like the defense is pointed in the right direction now with Hill. Specifically addressing the DLine with coaches (thank you B12 $) like Pouha, Poppinga, Gary Anderson. We should see a noticeable difference there, but will still probably take 3 years before it’s where it needs to be.
Offense doesn’t appear to be pointed in the right direction. On the offensive side of the ball we don’t look to be a contender in 3 years.
