25% of his seasons are the two worst in 50+ years. He sucks at clock and timeout management, getting his team up for all

games, staff, development, keeping his buddies in staff years longer than he obviously should, answering questions, thinking on his feet, prefers to be the fun coach, allowed our worst QB situation since pre Lavell to happen, didn’t ramp things up heading into the Big 12 and arguably got worse, loses to lowly umass at home the same year he beat ranked Wisconsin on the road; can only have good/special seasons if there is a true NFL QB starting or a pandemic. Hasn’t had a complete game in all phases in years
