We don't have large studies yet.

But, we do have several young athletes from the Big 10 who did develop myocarditis. That is evidence. The big studies are being done now. It's not too much of a leap to generalize from healthy 45 y.o.'s to healthy 20 year olds. But, it's not ideal. We're working on it. But, I've treated my share of healthy young people with COVID myocarditis. There's something there.
