End your coaching career? That's the case with any job. Would you suggest he
take a job like Oregon State? Is that any better than BYU?
There are only 119 fbs jobs, BYU ranks in the top half of those jobs, at least for pay. There is 1/20th the competition for that job. Why risk the guaranteed money for something that is not guaranteed and has more competition?
