From what i've seen... Its a great program...
I had a chance to meet Jay Hill when my first son was offered by Weber (2014). He gave an amazing sales pitch on his plans to turn the program around and everything he said turned out true.
They are currently expanding the Athletic facilities (football offices, weight room.. etc) and just revield the new locker rooms.
An interesting fact about the 'Barbara and Rory Youngberg Football Center'. If you look at the building there is an overhang on the right side and the building doesn't go across the entire backfield. There is a fault line that goes through the field, and they couldn't get a permit to build directly on top of it... so they built around it 🙂
