Hmmm....IMO very doubtful the BoT would give him a 2nd chance due to so....
many HC violations his first time around. My guess is they wouldn't give him that chance unless they said "you" are going to be held responsible for HC violations; anything major hits the news and you get fired immediately. Not fair, but BYU's/the Church's reputation would be at stake and the Church doesn't take that lightly.
