prevent him from getting the job. IMO those are the only two realistic options and for many reasons, Hill just makes sense. BYU is viewed as a very lousy D1 job, but even BYU is a step up for a guy like Hill. He has HC experience too, which is a big deal considering the fact that Kalani, Bronco, and Crowton weren't HCs.
I like what Hill has done at Weber. I think he would do a decent job, and will keep BYU right where they are around the 6-7 win mark.
