Not sure BYU would've won that game even with Hill playing
We were down by 7 and Utah State had already scored 21 points by mid second quarter. Our defense wasn't playing well before the injury and it didn't play well after.
Bronco got a pass last year for Utah State by too many fans like you. You forget that USU was playing with their backup QB and was lighting up out D. Let's face the truth, Bronco is 3-6 against Utah & USU over the past five years. That isn't good no matter how you want to spin it.

Comparing Bronco to Lavell drives me nuts. Lavell built the program, won a NC and had some fantastic seasons.

Again, Lavell had taken the program from nothing to a NC team. He earned the patience. Bronco has not.
