But people forget that the same things happened when Lavell was Coach. Just thinking about Detmer's Heisman year, BYU had that monster game against Miami but two weeks later @ Oregon they lost 32-16. It was a frustrating game and one I remember thinking they were not up for. Then came the Hawaii game. Detmer wins the Heisman earlier that day and then Hawaii destroys them, and the team looked unprepared and flat.

And by the way, I could find many seasons that went the same way. Under Lavell or Bronco.

Stop being such fair weather fans and enjoy the ride. This has been a good season. Of coursing beating Mizzou would have pushed it to very good, and beating UCLA would have made it a great one, but I'm happy that the team is moving in the right direction.
