They rebuilt a lot of their facilities

and they don't have institutional constraints like BYU does. Most important are they have had solid coaching for the last several years.

BYU has an even smaller recruiting pool that is slowly getting even more small.

Face it, BYU and USU are sliding towards parity.

Comparing Bronco to Lavell drives me nuts. Lavell built the program, won a NC and had some fantastic seasons.
