Politics exist in every organization and they wanted to drum up something they could hang him on. Nothing came of it as weightier matters took center stage. Things like, "closing access points to the parking garage to limit entry/exit to only one point" and "should we require staff to shower before and after shifts"?
I take it you are a provider or work in healthcare...there is very little a dept chair who doesn't get along with one of the medical directors wouldn't do to find a way to remove them?
