trust. Although I might be inclined to believe China has been able to control their deaths given their completely draconian total lockdowns that were at least reported as such. If they did basically lock people in their houses for months at a time and prevent all traffic in and out of entire cities or states, that might actually eliminate the virus in a particular area.
